HELLO and Thank You for choosing to book with us. We are a mother and daughter duo that specializes in natural hair, such as; locs, braids, twists and more! Hair is included in all services unless otherwise specified. If you're unsure what to book or if the style you want is not listed, feel free to contact us. We are currently home-based; the address will be sent in your confirmation email or text. We are located in Saginaw, Michigan 48602. Frequently Ask Questions (FAQ) WHY IS IT ASKING FOR DEBIT CARD INFO: A debit/credit card is REQUIRED the first time you book ONLY. This is to hold your appointment and for no-show purposes. CashApp Cards are not accepted for booking appointments but can be used in person with Tap. At the end of your appointment you will have the option to pay with the card on file, cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay. DOES MY CARD GET CHARGED IF I ENTER MY CARD INFO: No, unless your style requires a deposit. Most services do not require a deposit but if a deposit is required, it will notify you with a message before it charges your card. Deposits go towards your service, are non-refundable and can be transferred up to two times. HOW DOES PAY AS YOU GO WORK: Once you notify us that you want to use the pay as you go option, a link will be sent to your email. Once you complete the short application it will notify you if you qualify or not. There is a $5 up charge to use pay as you go. RUNNING LATE: If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 20% of your service. I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE: There are NO REFUNDS. If you have any concerns about the hairstyle I have done, you have 2 days to inform me, and I will fix the style. HOW DO I CANCEL OR REBOOK: To cancel or rebook your appointment, please use the link sent to you after booking. CAN I BRING MY CHILD WHILE I GET MY HAIR DONE: Because of limited spacing and safety precautions, No kids or extra people unless they are being serviced. Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Loc'd By Legends has a 20% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Loc'd By Legends at (989) 332-4650 or shanda@locdbylegends.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
