HELLO PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT Thanks for choosing to book with us. We are a mother and daughter duo that specializes in natural hair, locs, braids, twist and more! Hair is included in all services unless otherwise specified. A debit/credit card is REQUIRED to hold your appointment for no-show purposes. CashApp Card or Apple Pay cards are not accepted for booking appointments but can be used in person. At the end of your appointment you will have the option to pay with the card on file, cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay at the end of your appointment. Deposits are only required for certain services but not all. If a deposit is required it will tell you before it charges you. Deposits does go towards your service, are non-refundable and can be transferred one time. There is a 3% up charge to use pay as you go. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 20% of your service. If you're unsure what to book or if the style you want is not listed, feel free to contact us. We are currently home-based; the address will be sent in your confirmation email or text. We are located in Saginaw, Michigan 48602. If you have any concerns about the hairstyle I have done, you have 2 days to inform me, and I will fix the style.
